My name is Howard Deutch. I’ve been practicing law since 1973. During that time I have written a lot of legal forms. In fact, over those years I have created and/or “stolen” 587 of the best contracts, leases, Wills, assignments, guarantees, etc. anywhere.
I’m getting up in years now (see my picture for proof). So I decided it was time I make these forms available to anyone who has a need for them.
Where should you get your forms?
There are plenty of forms on the internet. Some are good and some are worse than useless. Some cost money and some are free.
And that’s the problem. How do you know which form you should use? Which can you trust?
Here is my answer …
I can’t vouch for any of the other forms on the internet. As I said before, some are good and some are worse than useless.
But I can vouch for the 587 legal forms on this website because they come from only two sources

I have personally written and/or reviewed each of these 587 contracts, leases, Wills, assignments, guarantees, etc. They are all high quality, well-written documents. And you don’t have to pay for them.
The other reason I am giving you these forms
This is my grandson, Adam. He is a happy, healthy young man … now. But when Adam was 5 years old he was diagnosed with leukemia, a kind of cancer in which the bone marrow makes abnormal white blood cells that crowd out normal blood cells.
Adam went thru 38 months of intensive chemotherapy. That chemotherapy saved his life.
I think a lot about what Adam had to go thru. I think about all the other people who will have to go thru what Adam did. And I want to make it easier for them.
Over the past 10 years, the survival rate for leukemia patients aged 15 to 19 increased from 33.0% to 60.4%. That’s the good news. The bad news is the nearly 40% that did not survive.
We must find a cure for leukemia. We must save the other 40%. And I want to do my part to help speed the cure.
Here is how I will do my part
Instead of selling my legal forms, I am giving them away … but with a request.
